In January 2009 Norman Carr joined TRM as President, bringing over 27 years of ICT services and consulting industry executive experience to the Company. Norman is responsible for the day-to-day management of the company as well as relationships with key customers, consultants and partners.

Prior to TRM, Mr. Carr launched an IT Consulting division of Tiree www.tiree.ca. From 1990 to 2007 Norman was with AJILON Consulting Canada in various roles including CIO, Senior VP Eastern Canada, Senior VP Professional Services Canada. In his final position at AJILON, Norman served as President and COO. Norman helped lead the company through a successful growth period, starting from a $4 million Toronto-based business in 1990 to more than $200 million in 2007 with national presence. He personally planned and launched the Ottawa and Montreal branches, growing them to $55 million and $10 million revenue respectively. Throughout his tenure with AJILON, Norman delivered year-on-year double-digit growth both in revenue and profitability.

Mr. Carr has a BA in Law with a focus in IT from Carleton University, and has completed a series of executive MBA courses at IMD in Lausanne, Switzerland.
